ok here's the thing i've been on msn speaking to someone when all of a sudden msn just went off.so i double clicked on icon on desktop,it started up again.

anyway i typed in hi to this person & the caps were of but the typing was on caps.so when i clicked on caps the writing was normal?? in other words it's back to front.any idea what i can do or how that might've happened?
