Seeing as we only have about 3 1/2 months left until the album, do you think they'll stretch it out as long as possible (going for an early September release) or give a bit of time between it's release and the album (July/August?)

Because it's taking forrrreeeevvver. :'(

I don't think they'll release the first single until a couple of weeks before the album.

That's what they did with SOTSOG and DBTT.

HC was the only exception, where they released 2 singles before the release, but if they were going to do that, i think we's have news of a single by now.

Yeah, I'm guessing August or late July too, with my money being on an August release for the first single.

It all depends on the album's release date.

In the worst case senario, if the album is set for release at the end of September, don't expect any single to be released in August.

I would say mid Septamber would be your best bet, with radio play for 3-4 weeks before.

Like the Fratellis have just done, they released single one (Mistress Mabel) exactly a month before the album. Gives it time to build momentum.
