4.5/5 or 5/5 for me, I'm very pleased, even with this as a demo version. The lyrics arent bad, just change that one line "spit it out" part, and it's already a classic. Make it 3mins longer, with 1-2 more guitar solos, and 1 more verse, and it's in epic territory.
As it stands now, it dangerously close to my top 10 oasis songs.
It's fantastic. I'm in awe. The best Oasis songs are those that build and build and explode near the end - Love Like a Bomb is a good example from DBTT. CS and AATW are good previous examples. This song is already better than AAWTR bc that song is unneccesarily long. CS is perfect, and this has the chance to be just as good/if not better.
Whatever you rate the demo as, surely most of you see that this has the potential to be a 5/5, epic and one of the best Oasis songs.....and it's not going to take that much work, it's so close as the demo stands now.
And Noels voice works perfectly here. Noel's voice is best for the anthems, Liams for the true rockers. This is hard to classify, but it's closer to anthem. Liams voice circa mid 90s would be good i reckon, but not now. Noel's voice is just amazing here - the last verse is AMAZING how he sings "shine" "mine" and "glow", PEREFECTION! DONT CHANGE THAT LAST VERSE AT ALL!!!!
It better be on the album, and i'm really looking forward to the final version. It's truly gonna be a great.

Give it gas panic! effects, masterplan backwards guitars, a champagne supernova outro and that song could very well be the best fucking song to exist.

I can't believe 57% think this song is epic!! It's decent, but is nowhere near the likes of Champagne Supernova. Years down the road we'll still think of CS as an achievement, RM will just be another track on one of their albums made after their glory days

I gave it a 4, but I know it could be a 5. It could be the next Champagne Supernova

if some of the lyrics are changed and it is given the right treatment (outro, production, solo, ect) this song could be one of the best songs ever. That middle 8 is one of the best things i've heard. It still sounds fresh after a couple months. i'm gutted that it didn't make the album with an epic closer (assuming it would close the album) this album would have rivaled the first two in my opinion.

It's cool the way it is but I'd like to hear Liam's take on it.

noel never sounded so amazing on a double track vocal...so captivating, it sends shivers down the spine.
work it out a bit more in the epic direction and it's going to be legendary

Love the middle eight, but chorus isnt Mega... Yet. Guess Noel should work on it and not give us the half-baked stuff he does nowadays

I'm going to reserve comment until I hear a full, finished complete version of the song. The demo is really cool. But it could change 50 times by the time it see the official light of day...IF it ever does.

4 for me. It has potential to be a 5 when (or if) they decide to polish it up a bit and release it.

I can't really picture it with "Are You Experienced" style backwards drums, love the demo though.

I always thought it should be... "Build a little fire in my soul" instead of "...where it's cold", but anyway, yeah.. it has huge potential, it could definitely be up there with the band's best.
