RM is not on the album.
Why would you not put this on the album? WHY WHY WHY?
I hope the management are lying to us about the songs not being on the able. I have been buzzing for days now.
This has to be a recent demo for the new album it has to be. The Solo nad final verse are class

this was an old demo from 04 or 05... they did not put it on DBTT, why would they put it on this album. I have not heard one good argument to why these songs would be on the new record. The only precedent is LTBL going on DBTT after having the demo (which we have) been rejected for SOTSOG. I give it a very small chance these appear on the record.

NME said it would be in the album and that it was 10 min length if I recall correctly... doesn't mean it will be in the album, but at least they're considering it

For god's sake how many times - they didnt say it wouldnt be on the album they said that the leaked version wouldnt - which is good news in my eyes cos then they an make that little bit of an improvment needed to make it an instant classic - its pretty good at the mo, but not quite there

I agree completely. This is a raw demo, and the lyrics are emblematic of a freshly written noel song. Remember the original demo of Let There Be Love? The lyrics were very similar in their basic anthemic message. They will definitely be more refined in the final version. I hope and think that this song will have been expanded by the time it comes out (strings please!), and I'll bet you anything it's on the next album. I'll also bet that the album ends up named for it. The whole album could be built around an epic version of RM and utilize STC as a sort of "fan-favorite" feature. With the sort of time they put into recording DBTT and now this one, they have to have gotten a satisfactory recording of STC. They have to have!!! |

Here's one for you: It's going to be on the album. It may sound a little different, but it will be on there. To those saying, "It would have been on DBTT". That's such a dumb argument. Here's a few possible reasons: a.) They probably didn't like the recording at the time and wanted to tweak it a bit. b.) Maybe Noel didn't feel that it fit the album. c.) Noel said MANY times that they had enough songs to make two albums / a double album but they decided to just make one and felt those songs worked together best. It's just like Boy with the Blues. It didn't go on DBTT. But I bet it will be on this next album. Same thing with STC. He wasn't happy with the final product yet. Noel had most of the songs for MG written while they did DM. But according to your argument, it doesn't make sense because they didn't make DM. RM will be on the new album. I also think STC and BWTB will be as well. |
