...Until I know whether they are on the new LP. If they are, I will hold off until a proper release.
If not, I will listen to them immediately. They have just been built up in my mind too much for me to just listen to them without the rest of the proper album.

In reality, they are gonna be like two different songs by the time they're released, b/c they were recorded for DBTT with the acoustic setting in mind, like most DBTT songs, and supposedly, the new album will be completely different, and the new versions will most likely reflect that, being long and electric and fancy. At least that's the excuse i made for myself  |

Any advice i would give you is to do what your doing and don't listen. Noel did'nt intend for us to hear them this way and i can see why. They are good but not oasis calibure yet. I just hope hearing them did'nt kill the release for me. I have made the mistake of listening to leaks for each oasis ablum and by the time the ablum came out i was already bored witht he new stuff. I don't think im going to do it anymore and wish i had not of listened to this ebcause im disheartened when i really shouldnt be.

my thoughts exactly. listening to these leaks after I hear the album (if they make it) would be like finding lost demos or something.
i just want the first impression of the songs to be the right one. 3 years ago i wouldn't have lasted but thankfully i am more mature at 25. i did listen to nothin on me and i love it.

i love to hear it in a totally different way, than the actual release,

I feel like the DBTT demos are a bit of gift, I love hearing songs I know and love done differently its so interesting to me..... as for Stop the Clocks I listened to it, just to ease my torture soul after the whole Zanzibar ordeal and just because its so mythical.... as for the rest "Nothin On Me " and "Dream Machine" I can't do it....Album day is too much of holiday in my mind  |
