This song has just gone so far up in my list of favourite oasis songs ( not too high mind ;D)
Never realised this song was just meant for liam. Sounds so good. Lyrics have more meaning with him.
What a lovely day it has been.

it's about a thousand times better than noel's version. When Noel's version was released I thought it was a very good song and I thought it wouldn't suit liam's voice. Now I'm happy to say I was very wrong and Liam's version is just huge! I'm loving it!

Yeah, the single definitely should have had Liam on vocals.

well, I'll say in advance that I must be nuts cause I think noel's is head and shoulders above rkid's.
Liam nearly sounds out of breath the whole way through and just lacks the "punch" and varied pitch noel adds to the tune.
It sounds like he's trying to "liamize" it a bit too much.
just a lot of droning in my opinion.

It's a shame the single wasn't released with Liam on the vocals... could've done much better on the charts, imho.

Yes, this version is fucking incredible. I tend to agree with others here on the boards that Noel is better suited singing beautiful ballads and anthems like Little By Little and Don't Look Back In Anger.
While Liam is best suited for singing really rocking tunes like this. What I especially like about Lord Don't Slow Me Down with Liam on vox is the part where he sings: Let the lights go down,Me and you are gonna shoot em up! That's a brilliant part!!!

I think he struggles with his breathing a bit on it and struggles to enunciate the different lines but still prefer it to Noel's version.

The song is still pretty crap. Just not an Oasis song at all. Honestly I think Noel's vocals were pretty damn good, so Liam doesn't improve on it too much. Neither of them can save this song, there is nothing to save.

Just go on youtube, I think all of the 'leaked' songs are there, including the Liam vocal!

As much as I love Noel, Liam takes the song to another level!!! I don't believe this song, with Liam on vocals wasn't on DBTT. It's the bollocks!!!
