I'd say it increases the likelihood of there being at least six of Noel's songs on the album. Maybe more.

"most current" and "Fresh"? are these the titles ? I think you're being sarcastic, but if not, no. Noels songs that made the album are the most current/fresh, meaning newest ones that he's written. He stated this just this week in an interview on Toronto radio. If this is the case, it would give weight to the opposite of the question, as both STC and I Wanna Live A Dream.... are older songs. STC is not officially confirmed as not being on the album, but theres been independent confirmation of it not being on the album.

This sounds like it will be a very special oasis album if its so groovy and the songs are fairly new. I'm not worried about noel not really constructing a song with choruses and stuff cos just about every song he writes has a strong chorus. I wander what the older songs are though
