It's listed in Noel's song pepertoir on the BMI site:

The very little I could find, says that Noel is credited for co-writing the chorus of this song. This was found on wikipedia, which may be utter crap. But listen to about 1:08 in the song, they apparantly got criticism for that sounding like wonderwall, which is why they decided to credit him I think.
