You've had this coming, mate.
Toying with the rest of the fans, holding it over their heads that you have the track. Teasing us by releasing every other song from the gig. Claiming you were "chosen" by the band, and given the track to build anticipation for the new album
...Do we really care anymore? I'd be ecstatic if the track was stolen from you (if you even have it...) just so all this non-sense could just end.

Apparent honest victims: myself Yep, poor Frank is just a victim in all of this, enough of the "woe is me" garbage, Steve. Be honest for once in all of this. The only egotripper in all of this is you. From moment one, you've held a live track over everyones head stating that you can't share it for fear of legal action from your source. Your source does not own the track, neither does a record company, considering its unreleased. Your claims of a lawsuit are frivolous, as no single person would have the desire or money to go after someone over an international border over something they don't even own. The moment the money changed hands, you were free to do with it as you pleased. They are not licensed to sell music and they do not own the copyright and the legality of live recordings is not cut and dry. The eventual goal was to get the track out to everyone and to damn you, in fact had you been stupid enough to send it to me, less than 5 minutes later it'd have been everywhere. Are you planning on sending Noel some money as well? I would imagine had you had the wherewithal to come on here or any board, prove you had the track, and said "I paid a lot of money for it, I would like everyone to hear it, but I would like to make my money back". Dozens of people, myself included, would've made that happen for you. You decided to get greedy. It will be ensured that you do not receive one thing that is not already out in the open for this stupid track. Enough of the charade about "when its released I will share it". You will never share it until you get something in return. You've stated in forums as well as in private messages that you are not sharing the track until you get more rare media, whatever you can. Then again, if I had paid $1700 for 5 128kpbs MP3s, I'd expect more as well. You tout the track publically as some sort of epiphany, yet you yourself have even said that "7/10 Oasis fans will think it's a flop". I hope it is awful just so you look like an even bigger chump. You may as well give up on JGO as well. The recording does not exist. Most rare Oasis media is already out in the open because of the dozens of fans who want everyone to hear everything. You're a minority. Had you not treated every single fan that you've been in contact with since you started this charade as lower than yourself, none of this would have gone on. And "Andy the soundman" at the Zanzibar, most definitely has a copy. Shall I post the screenshots of the private messages Ive received from Myspace from him? He wants money. |
