Problem with obama is that nobody knows what he stands for. He has never done anything in the Senate (except for voting for war appropriations bills even though he says he's against the war). He was all for pulling every single troop out of Iraq then all of the sudden a few weeks ago he realized that such a staunch anti war position may not beat McCain. He backed up and said there were certain circumstances were he would leave troops in Iraq and he even hinted at reevaluating the situation altogether.
Is he truly anti war or is he just a politician? Or is he just as bad as Hillary and every other politician? I think that's it.
I hate people that think he's so fucking righteous and different from any other politician because he's not. In fact the only major difference between him and other politicians is that he has no relevant background or experiences that make him suitable to be president.

I'd vote for a deaf person that has trouble speaking if they knew what they were doing. I don't think there should any be stump speeches or tv debates whatsoever. Every candidate should prepare a comprehensive position paper and it should be printed in the newspapers and online. Voters should read every candidate's paper and vote for a candidate based on who they are and not based on how they look on tv or their tone when they speak.

If I do decide to vote i'm gonna go with the candidate I feel is least likely to get the world blown up. As of now it seems to be Obama.

Whoever's elected can't do any worse than George Bush, and i'm not just talking about Bush's policies. Bush comes off as such an arrogant dick, who's proven his lack of intelligence. The world doesn't need that, the United States doesn't need that. Hillary Clinton has that same arrogant, pretentious attitude as well. McCain seems to have Bush-like qualities, thinking he can do whatever he wants. Obama seems like he'll make a better foreign diplomat, I don't care what he's done or hasn't done. He has that certain je ne sais quoi that the world needs right now, what the United States needs right now.

Obama, to me, seems to have better people skills than the other candidates. At this point the United States needs to make a few more allies and friends, and also rally the country. Plans make changes but positive attitudes and different ways of thinking change the world.

Thing with Obama is that he's a political hypocrite just like the rest of them. The reason why this dude comes off like the perfect candidate is bc he has NO past. The two years he's spent on the senate he dodged voting for a lot of things. THE ONLY REASON HE DIDNT VOTE FOR THE WAR IN IRAQ is bc HE WASNT ASKED TO! or else I can assure you he would of voted for it. When he could vote in the senate, Obama VOTED TO CONTINUE TO KEEP THE TROOPS IN IRAQ. But ofcourse the media dont mention that. Hey man I'm all for change, Obama has GREAT speeches but thats just it....he can give good lip service. As soon as he found out he could have a shot at the presidential chair, two years ago, he decided to watch what he said in his speeches, how he voted in the senate according to the NYTIMES all he did in the hill was fundraise money for other politicians, hence his connection to long time fellon and fraud man of the year REZKO. People can say HITLLARY is a bitch and mainly bc shes a woman with power and a woman with a brain. She's had her share of bad political moves however, when someones been in politics long enought you make friends and enemys and every single mistake/vote youve made in the past will surely sooner or later come to light. Im voting Hillary...... Alright, who's got the first stone.....nothing bellow the belt or above the face.

I'm glad to see another American sees Obama for what her really is: a less experienced version of other equally self serving politicians.

Politics don't interest me at all, it's far too easy a concept to grasp. I learnt all that in kindergarten, literally. But in my opinion, Obama will be the best candidate for the good of everyone, as in not getting the world blown up. That's my concern. And that's sad.

McCain will be the next president
1.) McCain is the most bi-partisan and will draw Liberal votes, while i can assure you basically no republican will vote for either Hillary or Obama
2.) Dem Party is divided, and will remain so until they get a nomination, which will be awhile yet. While the GOP is now united, and McCain can focus getting support
3.) Nader will take votes away from the Dems once again
4.) No one likes Hillary and Obama is too inexperienced, while McCain isn't perfect, people will note he's respected and experienced, and that's what we need right now
5.) The Democrat controlled Congress has a much lower approval rating than Bush (21%), which shows just how weak the Dems are, and thus the public wont allow the Dems to have a clean sweep of Congress and WH
It's really sad if you think about it. Bush should have damaged the GOPs chances completly, but McCain has the better odds imo and it looks like the GOP will keep the WH. Just shows you how weak the Dems really are.
Oh, and if Obama wants to pull out all the troops ASAP, I can promise you he wont be elected, bc even the biggest liberal can see how disasterous that would be. And if you can't see the danger in that, then you're Ron Paul (what a lunatic that guy is! lol)
McCain/Romney 2008, I wouldn't bet against it

Here's an interesting article on how Obama has flipped flopped his view on the Iraq War and how hes been wrong while McCain has been consistently right www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2008/03/obama_and_iraq.html
