Jenny also kicked someone out of the library once for talking too loud.

"Maybe because most of them are shit?" I think the trouble is the quality of the the earlier B-Sides in comparison. The new one's aren't shit, it's just that we still expect an Acquiesce/Masterplan/Round Are Way etc when we buy a single. How good are the songs on The Masterplan album? And they could easily put together a Masterplan II from all the other songs that were left off from the same period. And that's the problem. The new B-sides ARE good songs, and if a new band came along with Eyeball Tickler we'd all be going mental about it. They just don't stand up against the other stuff. Obviously the band realise this as well, which is why they are still doing Acquiesce live but not any new B-sides. We've been spoiled, that's all. What he said.

Great = Let's All Make Believe
Good = One Way Road, Carry Us All, Thankyou For The Good Times, Shout It Out Loud, Idler's Dream, (You've Got) The Heart Of A Star
Decent = Eyeball Tickler, Pass Me Down The Wine
Filler = The rest

I think this makes for a great b-sides 2000-2008 album:
Let's All Make Believe Carry Us All Idlers Dream Thank You For The Good Times Shout It Out Loud Eyeball Tickler Won't Let You Down One Way Road You've Got The Heart of a Star Pass Me Down The Wine Just Getting Older Full On
these are not good enough for a compilation IMO:
The Quiet Ones Sitting Here In Silence Cigarettes In Hell

thats too easy to say. what is true is the band have not been bothered about b-sides since they fell out with creation, back then it was 3 b sides, these days its 2 and we're lucky to get 2 verses and a chorus. There are still some belter ones about Full On, Carry us all, Cigarettes in Hell, Shout it out loud, Idlers dream but if they were to release another B-side album it will not be half as good as The Masterplan.
