What songs make you feel happy???./.... you know, those ones that just change your mood....
For me some might say at the last chorus when he sing some might say 1,000 times while the sequence of D-G-Em-G is repeated....
Another is rock in roll star.....from the first strum with the B to where the drums kick in with Toni macs hyper active childish drumming!!!...great!!!....makes me feel so happy!
seriously though, if TIOBI POTQ or WDIAGW make you happy i seriosly suggest you see a phsychiatrist.

One of the main reasons I love Oasis is because of how uplifting they are. My first listen of 'Rock 'n' Roll' star is one of my life's most poignant memories.

I feel the same way about hearing 'Champagne Supernova' for the first time. LIB, now that you have brought up the subject of Champagne Supernova, I've been wanting to voice my thoughts about it for a wee while now.... so.... It reminds me of a journey. It starts off a bit slowly and mundane and you think 'this is gonna take a long time - not sure if I can be bothered'... but you think 'well, I'll go along for the ride' then you start to get into it and the base line begins to push you along and as it builds up it continues to lift your spirits. Soon your yelling along 'why why why'; the guitar solo kicks in and then it calms down for a wee while before you're off again into another guitar solo and the Na na na nas, which of course, by now, you're screaming at the top of your voice. And so it goes on until the little military drum at the end. And you go 'Wow! We've arrived!' and you feel all warm and happy and glad you went along. There. That's what I think of Champagne Supernova..... and I've been playing it on the guitar recently And yes Oasis makes me happy too.

For me the first verse and right around 5.35 and beyond of the song are two of the finest moments in rock and roll history. Also, Linnhe makes me happy as well. Good things.
