I would like to offer my sincere apologies to the webmaster and staff for posting fake album reviews and studio reports. I didn't mean any harm. Just getting into the spirit of things a bit along with everyone else who was doing it. I apologize to anyone offended, as I did not mean to cause any problems.

I read your announcement post to all members, and only then did I realize that it was causing any problems. I'm asking all forum members to join me in not posting any fictional accounts anymore. WE all appreciate this site and need to be more conscious of what we are doing.

By the way, the guy who calls himself markcapitolrecords have also admitted that the posts about him working in the capitol records studio, where also fake. It's over at the oasiscollectors website. I'm guessing maybe the beat and him are the same person? Anyways, what a lame thing to do mate. Don't you have anything better to do than write fake album reports or whatever?  |

Not really, mate, the fake reviews of others help hold me over until we get some real news. Just thought I'd contribute a few of my own.
And don't worry, I passed word along to markcapitolrecords, a friend of mine, that we need to stop posting fake reports. He agreed to stop.

What is IP spoofing software ? every member's login location is identified by his IP address, so if you are a member from NYC lets say, your IP should verify that your logging in from there. But the recent barrage of fake posts were made using software which picks random computer's IP addresses all over the world in order to mask where you are posting from so you can hide behind your fairy tales. The tennis players, the beat , and markcapitol records accounts all belonged to a member who posted here regularly under a real identity as well. |

I sent a few of the people claiming to be connected to the studios pms to see what type of gear they were using. Figured they'd have no clue how to respond intelligently if they were full of sh*t and shockingly never heard back from any of them.
