2 of my favorites. I'll go with Oasis too but Nirvana was truly awesome. I really believe Kurt Cobain would've gone on to be a legend...well he already is one, but he could've reached that immortal level

Thankfully, I've recieved no PM's in broken english. I have, however, seen a delightfully funny thread of his over at El Soapbox asking how you play DVDs on a CD ROM. ;D ;D ;D And he had links to his Nirvana site in his sig over there as well.

Nirvana is overrated to hell and back. I hate seeing Kurt Cobain in top 100 guitarists lists, he doesn't even deserve a place there.

Totally pisses me off seeing him up there and not real legends; (Squire, McCabe, Marr).. I think Noel is vastly under rated i think that he is better than kurt ever was. Nirvana just seem over rated plus Kurt will always have like a wonder like other stars that died too young, Hendrix, Morrison, ect.. It was good to see The Verve and The Stone Roses on that

yer hardly overrated when you realease one of the greatest albums of all time, revive punk and rock'n'roll worldwide, single-handedly stomp shitty hair metal to the ground, inspire numerous other bands and create one of the most popular riffs ever.
i agree with the greatest guitarist thing though.

Sorry man, but Nevermind is just nothing special to me. I acknowledge it for it's impact and influence, but the tunes themselves just don't do anything for me.
