Hey guys, I am a good friend of Dave Sardy's and I talked to him on the phone yesterday about the NEW Oasis ALBUM! Here's the inside scoop:
1. The new album will contain more than one but less than 67 songs.
2. Liam sings on the album.
3. The sound of the album is sort of a rock and roll thing. Imagine a Definitely Maybe crossed with Morning Glory crossed with Be Here Now crossed with Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants crossed with Heathen Chemistry crossed with Don't Believe The Truth kind of sound.
4. Gem is still in the band.
5. Noel has opinions about the album.
6. Liam has a song with rudimentary lyrics.
8 The album will be released in 2008.
So that's what we're in store for! More news as it comes in...

I cannot believe that the album will contain more than 1 but less than 67 songs! Oasis is really trying to make a statement aren't they?!

I just hope its a Spring release and not in august cause i don't want to rush the summer and then go right back to school afterward i want to enjoy the summer cruising around town blaring the new album.......but overall i just want to hear the new material
and thats really weird liam is singin on the new album, i thought it would be andy....oh well
