I think these amazing songs would've been fantastic if they were given the semi-acoustic treatment. Especially if he brought in a string section along for the whole tour.

Yeah, how great would it be to hear he play Rockin' Chair? I'd also like to hear him sing some of Don't Believe The Truths A Bell Will Ring, Keep The Dream Alive, and Turn Up The Sun. Some songs we haven't heard him sing live yet.

one other point, id actually prefer to see a "Noel acoustic solo tour", rather than a semi-acoustic with Gem and Terry/Zak. i prefer the solo gigs hes done in the past to the semi-acoustic ones with those guys, as fantastic as they were!!

the shows he did when supporting Weller in 1998, for example, were some of the very best i have ever, ever seen
