Here in the UK i think London Wembley Stadium will be likely along with the London O2 Arena. Not sure which Manchester venue Oasis would play. Oasis tend to play a different venue each time they play Manchester. By my reckoning there is only Old Trafford Man United and Heaton Park where they have never played before. Both not really suitable for an Oasis show. I wouldn't mind a change from Manchester, and go to somewhere else in the north. Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield or even Preston would do for me.

How cool would it be if Oasis played Knebworth again? I think they could do it again. Especially if the new album is a huge success! I also want them to play Oslo Spektrum here in Norway, coz I live here ;D

I'd imagine they'll hit the DC/Baltimore/Philly area for 2 shows as well. They were very kind to the mid-Atlantic on the last tour: Manahttan, Staten Island, Atlantic City, Philly, Columbia (MD). That's quite a bit of shows for a bunch of places within a 200 mile radius in the US.

the D.C. area loves oasis...
Fairfax in 1996 was the place to be! I remember seeing people camped out under british flags outside the arena for days before the show...
too bad i was 13 and my old man wouldnt let me go!
i went to the january 1998 show at the same Patriot Center and it was wild too, i was still a little young to soak it all in and it seemed over before it started, i don't remember much except getting my ass killed on the floor
the Philly general admission show was great too in 2005, i was along the railing right in front of Noel, i had never seen Oasis truly outdoors before, but i don't like Philly people too much, no offense to anyone on the board here!
the september 2005 show in Columbia MD was fantastic, definitely the most fun i've ever had at a show, they brought it down that night...
so in conclusion... the D.C. area does love Oasis
i'm ready for another Patriot Center show!

Could Oasis sell out the big arenas like The Palace of Aurburn Hills and the Staples Center in the States?
They sold out Madison Square Garden so you would think they would be able to.

To be honest, I think that the success of the last tour was due in large part to Jet being on the bill. They would do well to find an equally commercial-friendly band to tour w/ this time...

Good line up really: Oasis, Jet and Kasabian Perhaps jet will tour with them again. I don't really know any other bands that are commercily successful in the USA.

I really hated Jet the last time around (saw them twice: Chicago & Cleveland) and was totally not impressed. I hope they get some new opening bands. They should REALLY look into getting The Black Angels. Seeing them open for Oasis would be mega as all fuck.

Houston and Austin are hardly what I'd call "Cowboy" cities based on the people I know from there... Still, it is rather curious...BBQ and Oasis - not what I had in mind. I'm surprised they don't do bigger shows in Austin. It's the live music capital of the country! They should have no trouble drawing huge crowds there.
