16th December 2006 - Concert Hall; Perth, Australia Noel acoustic set with Terry Kirkbride on percussion and Gem on electric guitar Like a Rolling Stone (Bob Dylan Cover) & Supersonic Acoustic performances during the soundcheck
10th May 2005 - Astoria; London, UK Performance of Headshrinker. The song was dropped from the set list after the first gig of the DBTT tour.
3rd May 2003 - Bandwagon Club Night; Zanzibar Club, Liverpool, UK Stop the Clocks (New song), Talk Tonight, Wonderwall, Don't Look Back in Anger and Married With Children (Noel and Gem surprise acoustic set)

ok I'll throw and odd one out there to get things started: I'd like to get my hands on the tracks of Liam jamming with bassist Jeordie White (A perfect circle, X Marilyn Manson) had photo coverage in my newsroom a few years back.....

Pre-Oasis stuff, definitely. I want Noel's Tunes or whatever was the name of the homemade demo tape that wasn't the one bought and uploaded last year. And Rain stuff, and Fantasy Chicken and the Amateurs. I'd go nuts over hearing Liam's violin lessons, even.
Whatever existed of the album Liam and Johnny Marr worked on.
The early version of All Around The World.
Don't Be Down, the song Noel wrote just for his daughter.
The "bomb scare" thing Noel did where he was stuck somewhere and played The Roller.
If there's not a song called The Red White and Blue, (maybe it was DLBIA in the making) I'd like to at least get the story behind it.

Hi everyone. This is my first post.
I actually think this topic is really great! I had no idea they played Headshrinker on the first show of the DBTT tour. I really really wanna hear that! It's got to be recorded somewhere! However, I don't think the soundcheck with Noel, Gem and Terry exists. That would've been mega, though!!!
I really want to hear the Mystique demos of Be Here Now. I believe they are all acoustic (With the exception of All Around The World), but I could be very wrong here.
The second thing I would love to get a hold of, is Liam singing Don't Look Back In Anger.

Well. I found the Supersonic soundcheck on youtube Not a very good recording, but I would've definitely liked to hear the rest of the song. Sounds amazing!!! And why on earth, did that guy who filmed this, not film all of it?!?

I would love to hear any songs that Liam attempted to sing, Don't look back in anger, Mucky Fingers.
I am not even sure what gig this was, but the lights went out and Bonehead played the spoons with Noel on guitar.... I remember Richard Ashcroft talking about it, can anyone clarify?

All of the above and
I know this is not an actual gig or whatever but i would have loved to have been there when noel played all of WTSMG on acoustic guitar. Also i know their was probably some more songs from the SOTSOG era ( cos that was such a low point i'm sure noel made several songs about how he was feeling ) i would love to hear those if there were any

Excuse my ignorance, but is there a bootleg of Noel singing DLBIA before the line "So Sally can wait"? I've completly fallen away from Oasis bootlegs for the past 3 months or so.

Shortly after the gig there were rumours that someone had taped it but would only release it after the end of the DBTT tour. As this was the first gig of the DBTT tour i think security was pretty tight and people were checked for recording devices, however someone could have at least got a clip of the performance on a phone. As far as i know not even a clip from a moblie phone of any of the songs from the gig has ever surfaced. :-(

Found the Like A Rolling Stone cover from the sound check to. Again, not in a very good recording, and in the middle of the song, two guys start talking. But you get a good impression of how the song would've sounded like in a decent version. Well, sort of. Anyways, here you go: P.S: I've posted the version of Supersonic from the soundcheck to, if you hadn't noticed it. It's a bit further up the page.

I don't care for bootlegs unless its soundboard quality, or a gig I attended.

Never knew Noel played Like A Rolling Stone before Supersonic!! Must have sounded amazing!! Love to see more of those soundchecks... I remember watching Noel and Zak playing the start of FITB in a reharsal for a tv show, which sounded great, would love to see it live like they didi The Swamp Song... Well, I'd love to hear the TCT 2007 concert which WAS recorded soundboard but may never be released... Also, I was listening to that Champagne Supernova remix, which came out whit STC, and there's a part where Noel sings "Where were you while we were getting high?". That certainly means it was taken from a demo version, which must have sounded amazing in Noel's voice!!!

I would love to hear that one, even if it's not the whole song. Was that the same tv show where he played a portion of Elanor Rigby too? As for the Champagne Supernova demo, I was thinking about that the other day too, and I would love to hear that. At least he should give it the semi-acoustic treatment for another one of those semi-acoustic tours in the future.

im sure most of u probably know it, but 4 those who dont, mr monobrow's oasis demo site is very good...has some noel pre-oasis songs, some stuff that didnt get on def maybe etc. etc. lots worth checkin out. there was a demo of Alive on (i think) shakermaker, but the version on the site is better. theres also some post acid house style style stuff...pretty good songs, very good sound quality, lyrics not so good e.g. see the sun, colour my life. i think a lot of the songs are available on bootlegs such as the one mark coyle put out in the 90s, but on the site theyre FREE.

Does anyone know where i could get versions of Lets All Make Believe beyond the one on Go Let It Out? I havent been able to find the single in second hand shops, and the only other option is Amazon, which just for one song will be expensive!

Thanks for sharing that, mate. I've been on the site many times before, and as you say, it's worth checking out! It includes songs as Color My Life, Take Me, See The Sun, Better Let You Know, and Snakebite. The Site also includes some very good info on unreleased songs, including its own page dedicated to Stop The Clocks (The song).

Cool. They should do a proper cover of that song. Would've been great.
I actually just found out that Oasis played Let There Be Love on the last concert of the DBTT tour in Mexico. That would've been cool to hear. I found a recording of it on youtube, but thats a very bad phone recording. Does anybody know if this was only sung by Noel? It kinda sounded like that from the clip I saw.
