No group of death, for a change, although I think United have a pretty tough task ahead of them.
How come Arsenal always get the plum draw?

I don't see any favourites this year. Maybe Milan, but they're shit in serie A.
Hope my Barça takes it!
What do you all think?

Celtic are better than Milan! ;d
United are solid in Europe this year, well no real test so far this year but couldn't buy an away win for some time.
Real might get it this year imo

Celtic v Barcelona Lyon v Manchester United Schalke v Porto Liverpool v Inter Milan Roma v Real Madrid Arsenal v AC Milan Olympiakos v Chelsea Fenerbahce v Sevilla
Celtic to take a lead to Spain but go out, 1-0 away win for United and a comfortable home victory to see them tru, a draw and a win for Porto, Sneaky win overall for Liverpool and they come back scorelass from Milan, Real romp tru, Arsenal knock out the reigning champions, Easy work at the Bridge for chelsea after a hiccup, Could go either way, Seville coz of home advantage in 2nd leg

Barça Man U. Porto 'Pool (pretty close, though!) Madrid, though I fucking hope it's Roma! Arsenal, but just because I hate Milan, could be any of them. Chelsea Sevilla
Hope to see a Barça-Madrid in the 1/4-finals!

And a great performance. I would happily suck Flamini off.
Okay, maybe not.
But he was/is fucking good.

barça had it easy. and Sevilla players were too afraid to get the pass, so they failed. Couldn't see Man or Arsenal games, but they look scary.
If Madrid, Chelsea and Liverpool pass we'll have some good matches soon. can't wait!

I have a question. This coming from an american who doesn't love soccer but enjoys watching it, for some reason watching a soccer match calms me down and relaxes me, think it's to do with the constant movement of the game, anyway i'm weird. My question is this, on paper is Barcelona the best team ? They seem to have alot of great players, at least well paid/popular players, not unlike the New York Yankees of baseball.

On paper Barca and Chelsea wuld probly have the strongest, but thats the beauty of football, Even if you have all the best players you are not guarentee to win all the time. Usually the winners are the team who click as a "team", thats what makes football he best sport. The worst player on the squad can pop up in the last minute to score to knock out a team.

That's why the New York Yankees haven't won anything since they actually started believing they were unbeatable. Anyway, I started getting into soccer around the time of the 2002 World Cup. I don't really follow any certain team, I just like watching at this point. Another question, why is David Beckham so hated by some ? England only seems to win or play well when he plays.
