England lacked ability upfront. Crouch is not an International player, despite what anyone says. Lampard is not much better either. Gerrard is ok, but fails to make an impact. And the general formation doesn't seem to work. Overall England are very predictable and play like an average Premiership team. Fair respect to Spain, who are a good team. I say put David Nugent upfront for England!   ;D |

Something has to be done. We were shocking as usual.
Crouch needs to be dropped to the bench. Lampard needs to go. The Neville Sisters need to go. And most of all, that incompetent twat of a manager needs to go.

However, he is not the best defender in England. The fact of the matter is, he is old now, and he wont be around forever, so why the fuck not start to blood Micah Richards at right back in games like that? With piss face on the bench for back up? And Crouch may well have scored goals at International level. But he is still not a top level player. He is just the run of the mill average Premiership forward. you couldnt say something that didnt hurt like that? anyways, the problem was the midfield. Crouch is a good player, and he did much more than Dyer, wright philips and defoe together, but he isnt a top player. and Ferdinand made a better match than neville. If Reyes or Vicente had played instead of Silva, he would be called twat now |

I actually went to this game. That means I paid proper money to actually get in to watch this absolute shower of SHIT. It was appalling.
I know old McClown said afterward he was pleased with individual performances but then he went on to cite Keiron Dyer, who really was fucking DIRE the whole game (yeah he ran around a lot, but acheived absolutely fuck all).
Woodgate did well even though he got turned inside out by Villa for their goal. SWP was a waste. Thought it was a tragedy that players like Richards, Barry and Barton only got such a short spell on the pitch - when they came on they at least looked like they wanted to know.
Disgraceful, really. Old Second Choice annoys me more every time he and his massive teeth appear on the telly.
