Thanks everyone who entered the Lyla disc contest. Yesterday was the last day of our contest and today two random latitude and longitude numbers were drawn. We currently have 145 members on our L4E map who were eligible to win the prize. Georgi in Moscow Russia and Tobias in Shanghai are our two finalists. Because it is too close to call I need both of you to give me your address' exact latitude and longitude . Good luck to the both of you The member who's house is closest to the red star wins.....  |

OK see here are more numbers I researched my self:
Random (Winning Coordinates: 49.99 North 86.33 East)
Moscow (Georgis Coordinates: 55.45 North 37.36 East)
Shanghai (Tobias Coordinates: 31.1 North 121.28 East)

I just wasn't able to reach PC during the last month. if you can, find your house or neighborhoods exact coordinates : longitude and latitude xx.xx and xx.xx I will compare them to those of tobias and see who lives closest to the red star on the map. Wow , that was so close guys, here are the results
Goga ( Moscow) Coordinate differences: 5.77 and 48.77 total difference: 54.24
Wecker ( Shanghai) Coordinate differnces: 18.88 and 35.15 total difference: 54.03
THE WINNER BY 0.21 degrees difference total is WECKER from Shanghai !

But something should be pointed out that the real distance shouldn't be the addtion of latitude and longitude differences. They should be put into triangle to calculate, because it should be the direct distance......I dont really know how to say it in English
The result is the same, but I'm really upset because all of you want it,especially Goga.......I'm just toooooo lucky....

Asian people (excluding myself, because I'm terrible at it) are far too good with math. Though I suppose Russia is included in asia... here's to rambling  and that was ridiculous Webby, so close. (Send them both one if you have the means to) |

I wish I had more to give away but SONY BMG has given me zero support . They were big talkers at a DBTT party and then came up with nothing for the forum. I hope to organize more contests in the near future, thanks everyone.
