Since Toronto has a thread, why not Milwaukee? I'm going, though my tickets kind of suck in the balcony. (Row S). Damn you Tickets.com. Hopefully it will be as good as the last time at the Riverside in 2000.

Me, my two brothers, and my other buddy are going. I went to college in Milwaukee. They have a cool Irish bar called Mo's a few blocks down from the theatre. It's located at 142 W. Wisconsin Ave.

I got lucky and got 2 2nd row seats off of ebay a few months back. Now I am working on getting some backstage passes hopefully through a friend that works there. Should be a great show, last time they were there it rocked. And yes Mo's Irish pub is just a few minute walk away. Me and the wife are hitting that pub after the show.

Milwaukee is the one venue we don't have great seats for. Front row in Cincy, Nashville and Indianapolis. 4th row in T.O. But we decided at the last minute to do Milwaukee and haven't beeen able to find any good seats on EBAY. Oh well, it'll still be a good time.

My brother, girlfirend and 4 friends are going. 9th row. BTW...asking if there are any bars near a venue in milwaukee is like asking if there's milk in the dairy section.

I also hear that Oasis may be staying at the Wyndham hotel from a reliable source (sp?).

i wouldn't doubt that they'll stay at the wyndham...it's 4 blocks away, and the baddest spot in town, next to the pfister neway. Most visiting bands stay at one or the other. I called the riverside today and the toolbox who answered the phone said oasis' soundcheck is at 2...sounded like a questionable source, however. my bro and i will be downtown all day, the six joining us will be in by 4. Personally, i'm not nutz about mo's, but it is irish, and about as nearby as nearby gets...see you there!

Who is going to do the drumming? (fyi, I have not been on the board for quite some time, I have a slave driver for a boss, so please forgive me if there is a thread elsewhere discussing this whole issue).
