Haven't got an email yet, but MusicToday (oasisinet presale) has got a tracking number up for my Toronto tickets, which means they should be sent out later today.

You can check by going back to oasis.tickets.musictoday.com and click on "your account" in the top right. Log in with the username & password you used when you bought your tickets and it will take you back to the main page. Click on "your account" again and then click "order history" on the page that comes up. Find the order number for your TO tickets, click on it, then click on "delivery info" in the order detail page that comes up. It should have a tracking number that you can click on.
