I really need assistance for what to do. Specially from the brits. I bought the LTBL pre order pack from the official site store and the items have not arrived since it's been 2 months that they've sent me a message that the order had shipped. Now, I've complaint to the customer services and they said there's no way they can ship me the items again (?) coz they are deleted from their supliers. So they've issued an online voucher of the amount of the sale to take it from their online store. I disagreed and suggested that they'd give me the TIOBI cd single instead of the LTBL 10'' vinyl one coz I bought a promo that had 3 items in it, and there's no such promo at their store anymore (specially for Oasis). They've said they can't do that coz they are unable to swap or exchange items on an order. How can he say that if he's doing the same thing? I want to disagree but my options are running out. Is there anything I can do? Some organization I can contact that could help a foreign in trouble?

Call the people u ordered from and threaten them with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. That usually works. Also, the more difficult you are to customer service, the more efficient they are with handling yer problem. The nicer you are, the more they're just going to jerk u around. Customer service is always more willing to get rid of an annoying customer by making em happy so that they disappear faster.

After tons of e-mails they've replied saying they're gonna give my money back.. that was 2 days ago and still nothing at all.. I just can't wait for this to be over.

Yeah, but Brumo I feel bad for you even if you get your money back... because I KNOW YOU and I know that a die-hard fan like yourself really would have enjoyed that single... can't these stupid c*nts realise that ALL YOU ARE ASKING FOR is what you ordered Now you have to miss out because someone couldn't do their job correctly (or just didn't give a shit)
