Alright, so my friend and I just found out that due to a change in schedules, we'll be able to go to the Toronto show. The only problem is that we've got school tomorrow, no chance of being able to buy tickets.
I realize that the Oasis fan community isn't full of people who care about each other too terribly much, but we're BEGGING you to please help us. Anyone who could possible buy tickets during tomorrow's presale, we need your help. We'll send you the money this weekend to pay you back...we'll send you more than what the tickets cost! If anyone can help, if there is a limit on tickets for the presale tomorrow, you can use my email and password...please...anyone...
I know this is crazy and it is likely that nobody will say yes, but this is our last hope....

Or you could just by from the scum scalpers. Well.. if you're thinking of buying them overpriced that's a go. But I'm pretty sure you'll find someone to help you out. I know I would if I could. But you should def skip school.

Whereabouts are you from in Ohio? Anywhere near Cleve?

I can't skip b/c I've skipped every other time I've needed to get Oasis tix. I have to skip 2 days to go to the show, if I get to go. I don't want to buy from scalpers b/c I won't be able to get any semi good seats for a reasonable price from them.
I'm about 20 minutes from Cleveland.

Could you just wait for the general onsale? These radio station presales don't get allocated the best seats -- they just get certain blocks set aside, but generally they're not all of the "best," just representative of what'll be available to the general public when they go onsale for everyone. I'd not worry myself over it if you can be online Friday morning, you'll more than likely do just as well.

Who said anything about being home Friday?

I won't be home friday either....so if anyone can buy tickets when the tickets go on sale, that'd be nice. I won't be home until 4, and by then they'll only be bad seats left.

I find it odd that you need to resort to asking strangers...especially if it's money related.

No, we have no family we trust. Ok, that sounds odd, but nobody in our family would actually go at the time the tickets go on sale and get the tickets. Our parents work and/or cannot operate the computer well enough to be trusted. We have no close friends who care enough about us to do this for us. All our friends have school too. I don't care about it being money related...bottom line is they buy the tickets, I pay them back. It's worth it when it comes to this.

no kidding. no friends or family to help? no paypal to send the money to someone in advance?
get them on ebay or the general ticketmaster sale. you'll have NO PROBLEM. the presales are a scam.

Well, see, we don't have any friends who care about us enough who aren't in school as well. Somebody who hates Oasis isn't going to skip school to buy me tickets.
No, we can't send the money in advance b/c we don't have paypal! We don't ahve our own credit cards. We've always used our parent's cards for it, but that won't work this time. This makes us sound pathetic, doesn't it? In about 2 months I'll be 18 and get a credit card, but that doesn't help me now.
I can't get the general ticketmaster sale b/c that's on friday. If somebody would buy the tix through the general sale, I'd be fine. I'm going to try to force my mom to go to the ticketmaster outlet, but she's lazy. We will have a problem on ebay. The good seats always go for crazy amounts that I'm not willing to pay. I don't want to be in the furthest seat from the stage!

the show won't sell out in 1-2 days. the general ticketmaster sale will have good seats thru the weekend. relax. this won't be one of those 1-2 hour or 1-2 day sellouts. place is too big. if it was u2, it might be different, but it ain't.

Yeah, but there's a difference between the tickets you'll get at 10 am and the tickets you'll get at 10 pm. That is a big difference for me. I won't even go unless I'm in the lower level.

If I get better tickets tomorrow, I will be selling mine as well. Sec 108, row 15. Pretty decent seats.
