hi there everyone i was wondering how everyone felt about the intro to the dbtt tour i think the tour is great i went to hampden i had a great day the band were great that day but i think its time to get rid of fuckin in the bushes and bring back the swamp song anyone who has seen the there and then dvd will agree with me i think it rocks as an intro. please post let me know wot you lot think i cant wait till they come to belfast hopefully they will play supersonic as well anyway thanks to all who post im placing this on oasisinet also im sure noel reads what people think maybe he will see this cheers

I own the There And Then DVD. It was a different era back then... today, when the lights go out and the crowd is stirring and then you hear the opening drums and the crowd ERUPTS... aww man, it's gotta be Fuckin' In The Bushes all the way....

i dont think that was a bad comment about Whiteys style, im not so sure how The Swamp Song would sound with Zak... but Noel did play the first couple bars of The Swamp Song at MSG before TUTS i think, just hearing that riff brings back memories

i dont think that was a bad comment about Whiteys style, im not so sure how The Swamp Song would sound with Zak... but Noel did play the first couple bars of The Swamp Song at MSG before TUTS i think, just hearing that riff brings back memories While I agree about the riff and how excited I personally was by the tease at MSG, I will point out that anyone that has seen Zak drum live, whether with The Who or Oasis will know that his ability as a drummer is second to none and is in many ways as good if not better than Alan in terms of ability and technique. I don't think that Zak would have too much trouble with The Swamp Song, especially since its not even that hard of a song to play to begin with. |
