mate, bring it on down is one of the highlights of the set, its a massive song that gets everyone going. zaks drumming is amazing.
let there be love will not be good live, just as love like a bomb wasn't.

i'd say it's def gonna be a christmas single
why else would that have the subtle, generally-only-notice-it-subconsciously chingle chingle thing going on in the back throughout?!

I saw love like a bomb in Chicago and I thought it was damn good. But I don't think that let there be love would be good in concert. I love Liam, but I think he would be able to sing it live. I think he gets too pumped up at concerts to try to sing "beautifuly." He has rock n roll running though him when he is on stage. You can see that in GGTIA, when he does it live.

just to clear up this whole "slow" and "don't be down" thing. 'Don't Be Down' was the song he said he wrote for his daughter that "no-one will ever hear." and 'Slow' is a song that he wrote but said that it was "too slow for oasis." but he said that it will most probably be on his solo album. owen morris described 'Slow' as "beautiful." i am really interested to hear how 'Slow' is. Noel writes some wonderful songs when he wants to.
- cheers !
