BTW There is no way there where only 17,000 there. MSG held 17,000. There where way more at this gig. There was bearly breathing room where i was and I was around 100yards back. It was like this beyond the back of the sound tent.

I'm still recovering. ;D Great gig, the vibe was amazing and both noel and liam looked like they were having a good time. liam: "this if one for the lesbians" (pointing at a bunch of lads with pink hats on) - wonderwall. I was in the third row - the sound was great and the crowd was better than expected. Songbird sounded better than ever to me for some reason and live forever gave me goosebumps when they let us sing the whole first part. I was exhausted, got all dirty and was gagging for a drink - God I love this band!

yeah there'll be 7000, which is fucking great. even if you're at the back you have a great view, and to the sides there are seats which is a great spot for recording the gig, if my camera fits down my boxers. (not much room there ) only 10 minutes walk to city centre where you can go on the piss afterwards.

does anyone remember these quotes on big screens during the importance of being idle song? i've just got few of them captured on my camera: "Young people ought to be idle .. it's good for them" and "most of the trouble in the world seems to come from people who are too busy" ... good quotes, aren't they?

One of the Manchester Gigs was filmed & aired on UK TV. It will be released onto DVD in the coming months along with a documentary on the DVD which was filmed in the days leading up to the Manchester double header.
