Hopefully Noel is true to his word. When he was interviewed on Q104.3 a week after the MSG show, he said the band would love to return to NYC in the fall to play a theater show (Beacon or Roseland) hopefully. Here's for hoping that really happens.

There are rumors of a Toronto show, the Edge has been talking about it. If they're playing Toronto again, they'll probably play NYC.

just do the rogers center, or downsview park in toronto then a free concert in central park nyc to top off the whole tour

Hehe, Queenoasis, it may be the amount of Vodka I consumed tonight, but I laughed my ass off at your Edge comment. In all serious though, Oasis needs to give NYC an T.O. another gig. There's no way Oasis could do MSG again in early October given the McCartney and U2 runs in early October and the return of the NHL. But an intimate show would be fantastic, or Giants Stadium. Toronto is Oasis country so they're owed a show as well.

I know, I was kidding. But the more I think about it the more I think it's possibe. MSG was 19,000+. It sold out in 1 hour, with that demand you know they could've sold way more. It's not like if there were more tickets available after that 1 hr point that tickets would've stopped selling. Green Day is close to selling out Giants Stadium right now and the capacity if you chop it in half is a little over 43,000. I don't think it would be that unreasonable.
