Just read that Coldplay are putting 'fix you' back to mid sept (It was only the daily star though). This should mean that IOBI pisses into No1 spot.

im not sure if coldplay would even threaten the sales of IOBI anyway, coldplay have always had weak album sales, like crazy frog completely desroyed it, not even close, Speed of Sound struggled to sell over 10,000 copys, and with the album out, and doing so well, i cant see people buying the single, In My Place deserved a number one, but i think unless oasis were releasing little james as a single, oasis would always comeout top single sales wise

admittance from coldplay that no matter how many more copies of X&Y sells than DBTT does, when it comes to the numbers of true fans, they cant compete with Oasis.
