Noel's best vocal thus far, with perhaps Idler's Dream as the only exception.
What do you lot think?

Good Call Man!!!! His voice is top! Especially on Idler's Dream! Noel confessed to The Importance Of Being Idle being his best vocals and said it was a test for him playing it live!

I love the happy guitar solo in the song. I think it's a great single.

Album wise it was absoluley brilliant and was blown away the first few times i heard it. However, after seeing it played live twice, it didn't really impress me that much and noel had some trouble hitting the notes. But all in all, an absolute brilliant tune all the way around.

Agreed, it's sounded awesome when Noel's done it on the acoustic though. God knows why he doesn't play it acoustic all the time.

I agreed with you about the live versions until recentely... his singing at the N. American tour boots sound much better than the first ones (Alcatraz, etc).
