Shirt off = not sober. Also, no way any sober guy takes off his shirt to reveal man boobs. So that guy is definitely out.
I might go with the dude with the underbite who looks like he's singing Bon Jovi's wanted dead or alive. That pose is too rehearsed to be properly drunk/pissed.

Looks like RIPKALAS changed his name and sig to Webby's. What an ass this guy is. Im sure his visits to l4e will be shortened. its cool feck...
