who knows if it's true... but once again, they're too old for this shit...
That kind of reporting really cant help much in Europe/UK but it doesnt really make much of a difference in the US... even if it was reported it would be a TINY paragraph most people would never read... the same way alot of people think that playing some good shows would help sell more albums over here. It just doesnt work that way anymore, word of mouth does little to sell albums. There has to be major promotion, not just 6 concerts spread out over the country and a "late show" appearence. If oasis wants to do it right in America they'd schedule a 30 city tour, something proper like U2 or even Coldplay. But they dont care, and neither do 99% of American music fans

seems like everyone is forgetting about the fall tour when calling for a "30 show tour" like coldplay
but IMO, i like the way the current tour is setup for the US, a limited number of large gigs, makes each one special, you know... like an event, aren't oasis an "event" band, people are flying into Philly from Istanbul! these shows are going to be something to remember

hey helmet , i'm from new orleans too! lol, just thought i'd share that. but yea, each big show in the states are gonna be big and they wont have a whole bunch of small venues to just pace themselves through. i'm gonna see them in atlanta and liam better plan on showing up !!
