Take a good look at this chart. www.radioandrecords.com/Formats/Charts/Alt_Chart.aspTo me this is the reason why the album is doing better then HC. I remember "Hindu times" was nowhere in the alternative chart and that's why HC did so poor in the states. But this is better. And if it stays there around the 20st place the album will have decent sales. A new single with the same succes will be even better. Maybe the album will go GOLD of even PLATINUM.

That shows how bad things have become. From selling 5 million and reaching top 3 the lads are struggling to go gold. For a band like Oasis, selling 500,000 in a country of 294 million is simply not good enough. Platinum minimum in my opinion.
