its the fact that NOEL HAD THE FIRST 2 LPS mostly written already as well as the b sides that became the masterplan....how many songwriters have written so much quality as NOEL DID? there was bound to be a tailspin .. look at dylan , jagger, springsteen, bono . they all wrote great tunes early on , then as they approached there middle of there carears yes they sold records but the quality was not the same.. same think for NOEL he wrote tunes that u cannot top so of course there will be a step down but his step down is better than most bands peak.... lets see where coldplay the killers white stripes , ect ect are 7 lps in ( yes i include masterplan)

Well we have to be honest. Beatles broke down more barriers than Oasis. They never made another band leader break down like the beatles did. But i'm talking bout the music not the lyrics. The Beatles could made amazing music for all their albums so why can't oasis.

Who said Oasis can't? In my opinion they can and they did.
