my uncle in irvine, california hasnt yet got my tickets for msg.. should i be worried?

When did you buy them? And did you buy them from ticketmaster, or an online agency... I bought mine from ticketmaster a few weeks ago and have yet to receive them

guys u better call your ticket source i got my tix thru ticketmaster and recieved them 4 days after i ordered them

If you ordered through the advance presale from oasisinet, they are supposed to be mailed in early June.

Someone on here (forget who) said they're scheduled to be dispatched tomorrow if you ordered them from the MusicToday/OasisInet presale. I still haven't been sent mine yet but I'm not worried.

hmmm kalas you lucky devil that was quick then I my wife ordered Tweeter Center the day they went on sale through ticketmaster and it took a few weeks for us to get them... About our MSG tickets wifey called ticketmaster this morning and they said that they were shipped on June 2nd, and to give them until the weekend to get here... if they don't get here by then call them and they will print another set and ship them??? So how does that work if some asshole rummaged through my mail got the tix sold them to someone else then they have a duplicate set??

If you ordered them just a few weeks ago, I wouldn't worry about it. There's sometimes a day or two delay between the time they print and the time they ship, and when I've checked on other orders the only thing they can tell me is when they were printed -- i think its because they farm their online orders out on regional box offices and there's no telling what's getting shipped from where exactly. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it too much -- if they get stolen they can cancel the stolen ones (because most big USA venues now use the barcode system on the tickets and scan them instead of tear them as you enter) and issue you new ones and if its too close to the gig to mail them out they'll put them at Will Call.

no kidding kalas, you never can know who's gonna stick it to you nowadays... wouldn't be the first time the mailman/ or the mailroom workers have fucked with my mail and tried to pass the buck on to someone else... but I also forgot to tell you that we have the option of them reprinting our tix (maybe with a different barcode, as castlecraver pointed out) and they will have them waiting for us at the MSG boxoffice when we arrive... now that's what I call going out of your way to make sure the customer is satisfied... but at any rate I will keep you posted and maybe we'll see you and your friends there... and thanx a lot for looking out for me geezer  |

(also a little disappointed we didnt get souvineir-style tickets with a cool pic of the band on them or something like that... oh well)
