Ok on Radio1' Colin and Edith show they had a text poll to find out what was the nations favourite track off DBTT, They said that every song received a good number of votes but the overall winner was:
Let there be love
So we can assume this will be Oasis' "Big single" off the album!, Its not my favourite but to the casual fan i think they identify with it the most, My boss was whistling along with it today and said how much he liked it. I think LTBL could be there best single in the US aswell, Dunno what my american friends think? (Kalas what you reckon?) But im also hearing that Keep the dream alive is doing pretty good out there (That will be used for all manor of sporting events this year, It will be on a montage of Tim Henman at wimbledon for sure). Also Colin Murray is doing a great job of promoting oasis on the radio and tv so my hat goes off to him.
Cheers

Today Colin said look will you just let me tell the result please! you could sort of tell he was annoyed. Cheers doggboy

To be honest, Idon't listen to LTBL all that much. I would much rather see Turn Up the Sun, Love Like a Bomb, or A Bell Will Ring as a single. But I guess we gotta have another flag-waiver.

sadly enough, ltbl is the only song that will get the vh1 and housewife audience off there ass's and out buying the cd. it has that sappy love song appeal that all the girls love, and will make its way ino the adult pop stations. love like a bomb may do also do well, but im sure tiobi would fail miserably amongst the american audience
