for as much as i hated it, i bowed down to corporate giant Best Buy (a huge electronics chain here in the states that also hacks cd' dvd's and the like) to pick up DBTT, as its copies contained the exclusive live 5 track disc from the metro (chicago) in 94'. Anyways, they had a cool color display graphic (about 1 foot by 3) with "that" shot (everyone has seen the image- andy, gem, noel and liam-facing in a white parka, standing in a bleak open field) of the band coupled with "oasis don't believe the truth" and a picture of the album cover. It's honestly pretty bad ass... if you don't minfd the bright blue and yellow best buy colors. I asked a manager if i could have it when they were finished with the display (i assumed at the end of the week) somewhat surprisingly (for best buy anyway) he said no problem. He took down my name and tele # and said i could pick it up on sunday. I thought he was a doubly cool fuck when he handed it to me at the checkout and said he could replace it with another they had in back. The thing is a hard piece of printed plastic...no cheap cardboard shit here. it will look dead cool when its framed. thought you guys would be interested in maybe picking one up. BUT BEWARE!!... I STOPPED IN ANOTHER BB TO SEE IF I COULD RESERVE ONE FOR MY BROTHER & ALL THEY HAD WAS A SHITTY LITTLE CARDBOARD RECORD STORE WINDOW SQUARE (ABOUT A FOOT BY A FOOT) THE GUY TOLD ME THAT EACH STORE GETS DIFFERENT GEAR QUITE OFTEN. I would suggest all u.s. fans try to get ahold of one...well worth the effort. i'll try to take a pic of it and post it. this was balls long, sorry.
