Got this today when i inquired about my tix that i got through presale( since they hadn't shipped yet):

Your tickets are scheduled to ship on 6/8/05. Once tickets ship you will receive an email confirmation of your shipment along with the tracking number for your order.
Changes to addresses can only be made prior to the receipt of the e-mail notice of shipping by replying to this e-mail providing us with the new shipping information.
