As I said previously, I think Part of The Queue is fantastic. I see it as the perfect description of too much life in London. There's a lack of soul, and people are all wandering around aimlessly trying to achieve 'success', as defined by society. Everyone's in a mad rush, but where are they going? They're in a mad rush to face the same chaos even earlier the next day. A city like that make or breaks you (I couldn't hack it there for one), and slowly but surely a place like that grinds you down and you find yourself feeding off the system instead of feeding into it and part of your soul seems tainted. Before you know it you're stealing the last loaf of bread from some poor bastard's hands in a convenience store!
Ok, maybe it just fits like a glove for my experience of London, but I love it!!!!!

Wasn't really that found of POTQ when I fist heard it (maybe because it sounded different?) but now it's REALLY beginning to grow on me, was blasting it in the car on my way home from work last nite... not single material in my opinion, but it is a SOLID album track... and as I said in another thread I think it would sound MEGA unplugged if Noel included it in an acoustic set...
STAND TALL, STAND PROUD INDEED NOEL, YOU'VE GOT ANOTHER WINNER ON YOUR HANDS HERE... LONG LIVE THE CHIEF!!!!
