Can't believe I didn't spot this before!!! The song is about some tart called Lyla and a blow job!
Monkey = penis.
Tyre lipped shocker junkie, sucking on your veins, don't get no waste!" (she swallows) and "Come on Lyla, ball tickler, get up off your knees".
How funny is that!!!

Listen about 1:15 into the song. Come on Lyla ball tickler. Clear as a bell.
What about "Tyre lipped shocker junkie, sucking on your veins, don't get no waste!"
What the hell else could that mean! Sucking on your veins!
As for monkey - have you never heard the term 'spanking the monkey'.

Doesn't he say "Come on that eyeball tickler", or "Come on my eyeball tickler"? I know there is an extra syllable in there before the "eye", but I don't think he says "Lyla".

do you really think they wrote a song about a blow job? lol there is no lyla mentioning in the song to me, but i get what you mean, when you listen you can get come on lyla ball tickler, but that's just liam's voice.. it doesn't acutally say lyla

I know it's not real but I think it's hell funny though. ;D I honestly believe it is real. It all fits together when other bits are played in context - e.g. sucking on your veins. Plus, it's just Liams kind of humour. Gem may not have written it as come on lyla ball tickler. Liam may have changed it on the spur of the moment and they decided to keep it coz it was funny as hell and subtle enough to pass over most people. The funny part is that it drives Noel mad when Liam does it. Think of what he does to acquiesce live sometimes: "Everything's depending on the way the wind may blow" to "Everything's depending on the way the women blow!"
