Good Evening!
A lot of problems with equipment tonight. First there was a problem with Zak's drum kit, Noels & Gem guitars and Liam had his usual microphone isuues!
‘Fuckin’ In The Bushes’ ‘Turn Up The Sun‘ - Sounded amazing live! ‘Lyla‘ - Again sounded really really good live! ‘Bring It On Down’ ‘Morning Glory’ ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’ ‘Stop Crying Your Heart Out’ ‘The Importance of Being Idle’ ‘A Bell Will Ring’ ‘Live Forever’ ‘Little By Little’ ‘The Meaning of Soul’ ‘Mucky Fingers’ ‘Champagne Supernova’ ‘Rock'n'Roll Star’ ‘Songbird’ ‘Wonderwall’ ‘Don't Look Back In Anger’ ‘My Generation’
Really good gig with both Liam and Noel talking to the crowd more than usual.

Actually, little by little is one of my favorite Oasis tunes, happy to see they are playing it.
I have never heard the slang "a huge Dog" before. Can someone please translate that for me?

I've never been a fan of Mucky Fingers, but hearin it live it all of a sudden makes sensce to me now! It was fantastc, but without question the best song on the night (although Lyla was fuckin rockin) was Don't look back in anger, it stole the cake, the show, hearts and any other analagy you care to throw it's way. I sh1t you not, Gem had to physiclly bite his lip to stop himself singin along to the second verse. No Headshrinker though. I'm a little dissapointed, but really, possibly (and i'm biased right now but........) the best gig i've seen or likely to see.

Songbird was good apart from liam introduced as Acquiesce. Some of the crowd cheered, but it was obvious they were about to be let down with Andy on piano and Gem out with the acoustic. Noel scouled a bit and (i think) mouthed the words you twat. Which is always good for a laugh.

Morning all, i was there last night too and it was an excellent night. It was excellent hearing the new songs for the first time cos i didnt download them, i am in love with Mucky Fingers and the importance of being idle. They were amazing.
We were standing and i should have got a few good pics but one of my mates managed to loose the batteries for my camera in the gig so i dont know how many he took so far !! We were pretty much near the front so they should be good.
I'll be honest, i was kind of disappointed when i read the setlist but it all worked in quite well on the night. I think Liam must have been reading some forums cos i was moaning all last week for them to drop songbird and do acquiesce. So i was going mental when he said " this next ones acquiesce " only for him to play songbird.
Did anyone else notice that Liam went in a bit of a huff during my generation ? He was sort of making hand movements for the crowd to get really going but they werent really bouncing enough for him and he seemed a bit pissed off at that and he NEVER threw his tambourine, i have never been to a gig where he hasnt thrown it. He made out he was going to but threw it over his head to the back of the stage.
Ladies, Liam was looking so gorgeous in a white hooded top, Andy was in light blue, Gem had a red top on, Noel had a leather jacket and i cant really remember about Zak.
Lyla sounded amazing live, if you dont really like that song, you will love it when you hear it live.
There must have been a little bit of potential trouble at some point cos Noel was saying " have they threw that junkie out ? i hope so, if not i'll dedicate this song to him " and then they played DLBIA.
There was also a silly cow who from the first song got on someones shoulders and took off her top and was going to get her tits out but she wasnt for doing it until she had Liam's attention but he was quite obviously ignoring her. She looked like an idiot. I ended up shouting to her between songs " get down he doesnt want to see your tits "
All in all, i had a brilliant night and now i need to go to work !!!

At Christmas me and my sisters boyfriend were watching Familiar To Millions and he was saying that he loved the band but he felt that they were finished after Glastonbury, Alan leaving etc.
He went to the gig last night and phoned me afterwards saying that he takes that all back. He said it was fantastic, one of the best gigs he's ever been too.

Hey Nicola, where were you standin cause you must have been fairly near me, I was just to the right of Liam about 3 rows back. For the record i'm pretty sure he did throw his tambourine into the crowd but only before the encore. And Zak was wearin a sort of white round neck shirt that looked really good. But Liam looked a bit of a knob in his 3-quarter length trouser/short half breeds, but we'll let him away with it.

I would have been about 4 people behind you, liam definitely didnt throw the tambourine cos i had my eye on it, he walked over to noel's side and threw it to the back of the stage and walked off never to be seen again.
I was impressed though, did you get any decent pictures ? If you did, could i buy a copy from you ? cos my mate managed to loose my batteries from my digi cam !!! How he done, i dont know !!!

He DID throw the tambourine. He brought another out for the encore. I nearly caught it, but some guy in front of me caught it. The threw it to the (his left) of the stage.
