They don't die their hair freaky colors. They don't scream like they just hit their fuckin' thumb with a hammer when they sing. They don't rap. American's don't like British arrogance (think it's an ego thing, ya know the whole Revolutionary War and all that shit, like there may be 50 colonies one day or something). Alot more reasons just don't care to get into them....................

They aren't big right now becasue North America is stuck in one of the worst phases of music ever: G-Unit. The charts are bing topped by a drum loop overlapped with the easiest riffs, booming bass with no real harmony, and someone talking about how they go to church, then go rob a liquro store. RAP = Retards Attempting Poetry

RAP = Retards Attempting Poetry it's dangerous to simplify and generalize things you're right, and i honestly don't hate all rap....it's more the hipocracies of "Gangsta Rap" that i can't stand.

i just thought it was suprising that someone like him would like oasis. obviously he would never go for g-unit or whatever ( who the fuck is g-unit??). oasis have the songs that could appeal to anyone no matter of age, race or income. if they would be marketed right they would outsell bloody anyone

Rap is bad. Rap is a term that real hip hop artists that actually work and produce and DJ and mix and write good lyrics use to call shit songs. Then it became a drama. There is good hip hop music out there.

There is good hip hop music out there. thats an awesome way of putting it. theres bands like the roots who are all serious musicians and they just get lumped in as a "rap" band. they hate gangsta rap more than anyone. listening to them is actually what made me realize that rap/ hip-hop is a decent genre of music....they just have too many shit artisits who only care about money and put no thought into their lyrics

Honestly, when Oasis finally release a proper greatest hits album, it will challenge the Eagles' greatest hit album for the best selling album of all time...
