Now have they just been written or recorded?? Wow Maybe we won't have to wait farther than 2006 to hear these.

noel also sed he wrote 30 (radio one interview)... also for this album he has used an old song let there be love... so wer likely to hear these songs soon I reckon noel will write most of the albums now that they havent got the sony record deal so sony arent entitled to his decent songs such as Stop the clocks...

i reckon we'll get another album within two years. this was suppose to be a double disc album, but didnt want to do that with sony. they have the songs, they just need to rework them and get them produced and all. i guess he's gonna get back with Alan McGee. the only reason i think we may have to wait longer then 2 years is coz they prolly wont wanna go back on a big tour so soon. but only time we'll tell. but we still have sum great b-sides to come !!

Just because they wrote the songs doesn't mean they're any good, while this may be blasphemous it's true, they're picking the best of all the songs they wrote in 3 years...one of Liam's could be about kicking robbie's ass (even though that wouldn't be that bad)

good points. and i remember Liam did have a song called "they ain't got nothin on me/they ain't got nothin on you" about being in jail for a couple days. I'd like to hear it, but it was prolly shit. but i'm sure they do have a good bit of decent songs. they dont always put their best stuff on the album. but ah wells.

what's up w/ that record deal anyway...will they just release records through big brother now and use sony or another company for distribution rights? not sure how that works in the music biz. hopefully we see more material in a shorter frame of time...the waiting has been longer and longer with each album. bhn took a little less than 2 years after mg, if i'm not mistaken...sotsog was about 2.5 years...hc was about the same...and dbtt was 2 years, 11 months. i know touring becomes more taxing now that the g's are family men and they're not getting any younger, but i wouldn't care if they stopped touring for a bit and put their four collective heads to work in the band to come up with a whole bunch of new material. i'm almost...ALMOST hoping they're not in a band when they're 50, so we're only likely to see 3 or 4 more albums out of them if noel stops around 45, 47 years old...
