Jeez, first it was the album, and now you slate them live? You're a tough one to please. ;D It happens every now and again. They are only human, and they aren't going to be pitch perfect everytime. They aren't a band who really need to do TV shows to promote their new single/album, so I suppose when they do appear on one then they should give it all they've got.
But fuck it. DBTT is going to be album of the decade.

Liam's mic could have used a little reverb. And correct me if I am wrong, he almost sounded nervous at the beginning of Lyla and towards the end he sounded much better and sure of himself.

i've seen them 14 times live since 1994 and that performance of lyla was bad,i actually like the song, now if that doesnt go down well with oasis fans, what do the viewing public think? no and i dont like the album, its alright, but i dont like it. but after glasto 04 where they were really slated, this aint gonna help,so iwas just saying, they gotta improve.

Liam did sound flat and empty for the first half of Lyla but he kicked in afterwards and My Generation was fine
give them a chance - not many singers with voices like liam's will sing well from the very first note. takes time to warm up and of course nerves will play a part
im not defending him completely coz we all know his voice aint perfect, but all this negativity from half a song is a bit over the top....
