Don
Didn't see it as I live in the US now, hoping to catch a download.
Sometimes they don't sound 100% before the kick off of a tour, but that's usually the band ironing the gigs out of the set as opposed to liam's voice.
You saying it wasn't all there mate?

Think it sounded better as the song went on, did sound off key at the start, but who cares. My generation again sounded fucking mega.

Why My Generation though lads? I mean come on, a Lyla B-Side would have been better hype for the album IMO

Uhm, what the fuck are you people talking about? It was fucking GREAT! I saw it last night and I taped it! It was good. You should remember Lyla isn't the best song on the album by far. So, don't worry, they'll give killing performaces... I was afraid of what Liam's voice would sound like, but it was good... Verry good. Believe me...

Did you watch something different? I though it was mega, It ain't gonna be exactly the same as the record but non the less it was a good performance. Oasis just epitomise what a rock n roll should be, Knowone else could just stand there looking abit bored yet give of that air of charisma and coolness and basically "Well were up hear while the rest of you bands are down there" attitude, Mr Ross was on the radio this morning saying how he gets on with them really well and how good they are and there what music needs cos its got to mundane(Bloc party). Good performance, good show. Old lad ross is a funny fucker, "Sorted, Mad for it im sorted for the weekend"

I think it was the live mix that made it sound like it did. The BBC have lost the plot in recent years.

It may not have been perfect, but it still sounds better than LBL on Conan in 2002.
