... against the 'anti-newbie' feelings of various posts and trheads. Please, quit on this, i'm a 'newbie' (my god...) that is trying to meet people here, and if i read posts with topics like 'i hate newbies'... i dont know if much people will like to stay. Just my opinion.

Just my opinion. cheers, luis nobody here hated newbies,,,its just alot of them pm for tunes and u dont know them, its like would u go to a stranger and ask them for something they hold dear  also certain newbies were comin on here to just create crap,so there was a backlash.but welcome to the spot luis  |

Yeah
A lot of them were coming on here every single day and trying to tell us that the album had leaked or that it was about to just to get people all excited. Got really annoying after a while, because it was happening every single day.

me personally if i know u or see u here alot i will help u with tunes (as alot of people can vouch for) but if your new i need to see how u are ,do u post crap,look to fight,or lookin to get the tunes and run ..once i see that someone is cool i gdont care if there new old or watever |

It's just... one thing is how you explained it, which is ok, but there are some post that are really annoying, maybe is it me, i dont know, but i dont like that kind of posts and that's what i've always had hardfeelings with forums... arrogant and ignorant people. But anyway, i just gotta deal with it as you gotta deal with the newbies, we all have to learn something always. thanks for replies, to all the people who are interested on this. cheers, luis |

As a (fairly) new poster I haven't picked up any 'anti-newbie' vibes. I'm new to this site but not Oasis sites in general and I have to say this is probably the friendliest place there is. I registered, started posting and have had people replying to posts and threads I've made. I haven't given anyone grief and I haven't got any grief, just the way it should be. Just made myself feel a bit sick there  |

You made me feel sick too But I agree with kingofleon, I'm fairly new too and this is the friendliest site around. The newbies shouldn't come on and beg for songs and keep posting their email addy's, it's just annoying and brings nothing new to the site. yep it's a friendly forum indeed... just looking at the sound and vision section and many people is sharing things... it's a good thing.
