It is without a doubt my favorite Noel sung song. (Or about equal with The Masterplan and One Way Road on how much I like it) It's his best vocal performance ever. The lyrics are fantastic. The melody is great.
This and Guess God Thinks I'm Abel are my favorite on the album.
I call it for third single.

The melody is just ridiculously catchy, the lyrics are a poem and the guitar break is just genius.

It's a brilliant song but it doesn't strike me as a single. Hasn't got the "broad appeal" that songs like Lyla have.

Absolutely. However, not the next single. I think they should release A Bell Will Ring next. It's just amazing now - so much better than it was when they played it last summer. So much.
