How the fuck could it be deadly? Every Oasis fan is going to buy it just for loving the band.
If you aren't going to buy it, you weren't planning on buying it in the first place and would have waited till the 30th to download it off people, bittorrent, or a p2p program.
If anything, it's publicity. No such thing as bad publicity. If you remember, Radiohead's Kid A leaked, and it gave it such big publicity in the States, it broke records for sales in the states. Without the leak, he wouldn't have.
Leaks are not bad things.
And I figure that's what happened.

If I sign into iTunes, go to the German store, and then click on the link that was posted on alt.music.oasis, the entire album comes up - I didn't test the buy function, but it was all still there - not there if you search "oasis" from the front page of the store, but it's still on their server thru that link as of (21.30 EDST) ... |

Don´t think that Noel and Liam will be happy about this. But anyway, it has leaked but the way it happened is confusing me..could those apple guys in germany be really so blind that they mixed days. Sony would sue them, and Liam smack them ;D
