I'd say equal to it. Not better than Definitely Maybe though.
But still, I'm not disappointed one bit.

It is pretty good. I can see it is at least the best since BHN. But I don't think it approaches MG or DM at all. But it takes awhile to know for sure where it stands.

why does new albums always have to be compared to previous ones?
this one sounds nothing like any of the other oasis albums so comparing them is pointless.
i will say that overall i imagine it will be held up as high as DM and WTSMG by fans and critics.

Its the same band, of course you are going to compare how their new work compares to their previous work.

doesnt have any stand out songs!!? like morning glory id have to disagree
plus Morning glorys songs are only massive and stand out now as its been out for 10 years and the songs have grew and grew to the state they are now
you cant compare the songs ( of an album that isnt even out yet!!) with on thats been as popular as MG for 10 years
only time will tell, but the potentail is definitally there

doesnt have any stand out songs!!? like morning glory id have to disagree I'm not sure about stand out songs, and if that's a good thing or not. I love all the tracks on this album... should they have made 7 of them worst than they are so 4 would stand out? ;D Also, MG has popular songs that are way over rated. Not that they're not good, but they're.. well, Oasis. Plenty of other songs like that too.

slighly dissapointed if honest, more flow to it than HC, and in its own right a good album, but not that great album which they still have in them

Well, I like it equally as much as MG, which I guess I was saying.
I'm not saying Oasis can't do better, because I'm sure they still can.
But this is still a FANTASTIC album. I'm really happy

I think it is a great album! Oasis' rebirth--they are writing songs that are good again! I have been a fan since 1995---love DM, WTSMG and BHN--SOTSOG and HC are OK. These new songs have energy...a freshness that was missing from SOTSOG and HC!
Appreciate the PAST and enjoy the PRESENT!Oasis are an amazing band--RnR Stars!!
